PENERAPAN SENAM ERGONOMIK DALAM MENURUNKAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA Ny. M DENGAN HIPERTENSI

Abstract


ABSTRAK

                                                                                                      

Latar belakang: Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana tekanan sistolik dan diastolik mengalami kenaikan, yaitu tekanan sistolik di atas 140 mm Hg, diastolik di atas 90 mm Hg. Hipertensi dapat dikontrol dengan penatalaksanaan farmakologis dan non-farmakologis. Salah satu penatalaksanaan non-farmakologis dengan melakukan olahraga berupa senam ergonomik. Tujuan: mengetahui gambaran tekanan darah Ny. M sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan senam ergonomik dan mengetahui penerapan senam ergonomik. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan strategi studi kasus, menggunakan 1 partisipan yaitu anggota keluarga yang mengalami hipertensi di dalam keluarga. Tindakan dilakukan selama 3 hari dengan melakukan  pemberian latihan senam ergonomik selama ± 25 menit, mengukur tekanan darah pada pre test dan post test dan wawancara. Hasil: senam ergonomik dapat menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik sebesar 10 mm Hg. Tekanan darah istolik yang turun berlangsung selama 30-120 menit. Simpulan: senam ergonomik memiliki keefektifan dalam menurunkan tekanan darah sistolik. Rekomendasi: Ny. M untuk melakukan senam ergonomik secara rutin dan teratur.

ABSTRACT

 

Background: Hypertension is a condition where systolic and diastolic pressures have increased, namely systolic pressure above 140 mm Hg, diastolic above 90 mm Hg. Hypertension can be controlled by pharmacological and non-pharmacological management. One of the non-pharmacological management by doing sports in the form of ergonomic exercises. Objective: to know the picture of blood pressure M before and after ergonomic exercises and knowing the application of ergonomic exercises. Method : This research is a qualitative descriptive study with a case study strategy, using 1 participant, namely a family member who has hypertension in the family. The action was carried out for 3 days by giving ergonomic exercise exercises for ± 25 minutes, measuring blood pressure in pre-test and post-test and interview. Results: ergonomic exercises can reduce systolic blood pressure by 10 mm Hg. Lower blood pressure lasts for 30-120 minutes. Conclusion: ergonomic exercises have effectiveness in reducing systolic blood pressure. Recommendation: Ny. M to do ergonomic exercises regularly and regularly.
